GOAL SETTING

A widely acclaimed method of goal setting is known as SMART goals. It is an acronym for:

S = Specific
M = Measurable
A = Actionable
R = Realistic
T = Time-bound

Goals need to be specific, measurable and quantifiable. They need to be goals on which actions can be taken. Lastly, they need to be realistically within your reach and have to have a limited time frame for completion.

A personal goal setting worksheet will help you determine your goals. If you don’t know how, I will assist you in achieving your goals.

You can start by making a list of the things that you want to achieve in your life.

Draw three columns for the following three items:

  1. Describe the goal and set a deadline. Make it realistic.
  2. Write down the reason behind the goal.
  3. List the obstacles you might face in doing so.

You have to mark a week by week or month by month progress chart of the goal.

For example – you can mark a planner or calender what the projects are that you will finish by the first month. You will have to work to make this happen. The goal will seem more achievable. Since a step-by-step execution has been planned, it is easier to realize the goal.

As your thinking partner we will discuss the deadly enemies that could prevent you from reaching your goals.
