I will use this toolkit to assess your balance and self care needs, to identify what is getting in the way and to help you enjoy your life more!

The Wheel of Life gives a visual representation of how balanced your life is. Each segment on the wheel is scored according to how satisfied you are across 8 areas of your life. This will raise self-awareness and provide the opportunity to make changes.

This quiz is a thought-starter around practical self care measures: physical appearance, health, physical environment, time management, energy levels and emotional needs.
Tool 3 Are you sitting too comfortably
Where are you on the “Comfort Continuum”? This tool provides an excellent springboard for you to slow down and do less, or speed up and take action. The discomfort zone is a necessary part of growth.
