I would like to give you an idea of who I am, and what my journey has been like so far.

For many years I have worked full-time, living a conventional and structured life. My career has been rewarding, but also challenging and stressful in many ways. I am grateful for the satisfaction and successes it has brought me.
Life-changing experiences
Like most of us, I grappled with finding my place in the world, creating meaningful relationships, dealing with loss and facing life-changing events.
I have experienced a few traumatic events. Let me share one of them: About 12 years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was a shock, and my life came to a standstill for a few months. I was very relieved to learn that the cancer hadn’t spread, and after a mastectomy, I fully recovered. I am forever grateful to God for protecting me and healing me. In facing my own mortality at the time I realised how precious life is and how limited our time to make the most of it.
The desire to help people grow
I have always had the desire to help people grow and to be of service to others. This desire became stronger and stronger as my life unfolded and led to my training as a Life Line counsellor a few years back and my training as an NLP Life Coach in recent years.
During both of these training opportunities, I realised that I still had so much to discover: about myself, other people and the world we live in. I had to let go of what I thought I knew, confront my limiting beliefs, look critically at my daily habits and revisit my core values for starters. This process never stops.
